Coaching with Avery

My approach to coaching is simple- if you are inspired to change I believe you are capable to do so. My mission is to guide you towards your goals and coach you through the discomfort that comes with change. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, your ambition, and fall in love with feeling good.

My practice is holistic and rooted in our connection to nature. It is a space of openness, compassion and positive regard- there is no room for judgement. I appreciate the uniqueness of each person and the structure of my practice is built upon that.

Coaching Structure

  • Discovery Call

    On this 15 minute call we will discuss what has brought you to coaching. I will tell you more about my practice and methodology. This will give us the opportunity to meet one another, ask questions and decide if we will go forward with coaching. After the discovery call I will send paperwork and I will present you with a coaching timeline I feel fitting.

  • Initial Coaching Session

    This 90 minute call will be our longest meeting as we will be reviewing paperwork and speaking in depth. We will thoroughly discuss your health, your vision of health and wellness, and your short and long term goals. We will work together to create an action plan that will bring you towards achieving your goals. We will discuss accountability plans and how I can best support you on this journey.

  • Follow Up Call

    The number and frequency of follow up call’s are dependent on the timeline we commit to. Follow up call’s will be a 45 minute meeting to review your action steps and how you are implementing them to your life. We will throughly discuss challenges and wins and make decisions for how to continue moving towards your goals. Follow up call’s serve as an opportunity to make any necessary changes and reinforce consistency.

  • Final Call

    This 60 minute call will be the last of our agreed upon timeline. At this point we will discuss your readiness to graduate from coaching and consider options on how to move forward. While my goal over our time together is for you to no longer need my services, the option to continue coaching will be available. There is no perfect timeline for change and my support is yours as needed.

  • Single Session

    This one time 90 minute session is designed for those who are looking for specific guidance. This is a great option for someone needing advice on overall health and wellness. We will have the opportunity to discuss where you’re at, where you want to be, and what you can do to get you there.

    $150

  • Sliding Scale Coaching

    This option is available to anyone determined to better their life but lacking the financial ability to seek out professional assistance.

    Health and Wellness is not a luxury reserved only for the wealthy. Whatever your circumstances may be, you deserve to have the tools and resources to feel healthy, strong and confident.
