Beginner Yoga

This class is designed to be a gentle introduction for new yogi’s, or a refresher for individuals returning back to their practice. Starting something new can be intimidating, my goal is to help you feel confident and understand the fundamentals of yoga.

This class is split into 3 parts. For the first half we will get to know each other and touch on yoga philosophy. For the second half we will review the core asanas (yoga poses). For the third and last part I will guide you through a simple flow making necessary adjustments along the way to correct form.

Beginner Yoga Lessons are 90 minutes and can be virtual or in-person.
